Returns & Restocking Guidelines

We understand that sometimes a purchase might not work out exactly as planned. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with unused items in original packaging. To continue offering our customers the best possible prices and highest quality products, our return process includes a restocking fee.

The Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to seller error or damage.
How it works: This fee is the responsibility of the buyer and will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Example: If you return an item that cost $100, your refund will be $70 (minus original shipping costs).

"Return to Sender" & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or failure to claim the package:

The item will be treated as a standard return.
The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing liabilities.

How to avoid this: Please verify your shipping details carefully before finalizing your order to avoid these unnecessary costs!

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake, or if your item arrived damaged, the restocking fee does not apply. We stand by our products! If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right immediately at no extra cost to you.
